Do you put items on hold for customers?
If you would like to call in and have a look at an item before purchasing we are happy to hold an item for you for 24 hours just phone us to discuss on 0448 910 382.
Are the prices at your your store negotiable?
Yes we can negotiate on most preloved items - but only in person.
Special VIP Membership
We have a VIP Membership that entitles you to 15% discount on all preloved items - and participation in promotions that we run from time to time - ask us how to qualify for this membership.
Do you offer a Delivery Service ?
Yes - we personally deliver your purchase if your are located in Melbourne - if you are located in Country Vic or Interstate we can arrange freight for you with a number of trusted Furniture Carriers that we highly recommend - Please contact us for a freight cost prior to purchase so we can add this to the item listing.
